Repoker is a planning-poker tool for GitHub Projects. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your GitHub account profile when you sign in: your GitHub user ID, username, display name, and avatar URL.
• A GitHub access token (and refresh token) so the app can, with your authorization, read your GitHub Projects and write the estimates you confirm. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Rooms, decks, and estimates you create in the app.
• A session cookie to keep you signed in.

How we use it

Solely to operate the app: authenticating you, showing your projects, and recording the estimates you point. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use GitHub for authentication and the Projects API, and Cloudflare for hosting and data storage. Your data is processed by these providers to deliver the service.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account. This removes your rooms, estimates, settings, and stored tokens, and disconnects Repoker from GitHub. You can also revoke access anytime at github.com/settings/installations, or email us at the address below.
